Allotment style community gardens in Vermont
garden
Allotment gardens are traditional community gardens with subdivided plots. An allotment garden typically has a coordinator who oversees the garden and organizes projects. A seasonal plot fee and/or work requirement may be involved.. Gardens in the directory are listed alphabetically by county and town. Burlington and Essex Junction have multiple allotment gardens managed by a Parks and Recreation department and volunteer site coordinators.

Contacts listed in the directory are members of the Vermont Community Garden Network. Please email additions, updates, or questions to the Vermont Community Garden Network coordinator, Jessica Hyman.
